About me
Paula is owner and dog groomer at The Dog Empire. Since a young age, she has loved dogs and in 2024, she completed her Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management.
Paula loves dogs and will ensure your pooch has the most paw-sitive pampering experience at The Dog Empire.

Full Groom
- Initial heath check
- Spa bath with double shampoo and condition
- Face and ear cleanse (hair plucking available on request)
- Warm, fluff dry
- Brush out, comb and/or deshed
- Paw-dicure (nails trimmed and filed)
- Sanitary/hygiene areas trimmed
- Clipping or scissoring coat
- Spritz of pet perfume
Mini Groom
A mini groom is a maintenance groom between full grooms. This service does not include length off coat.
- Initial health check
- Spa bath with double shampoo and condition
- Face and ear cleanse (hair plucking available on request)
- Warm, fluff dry
- Deshedding
- Brush/comb
- Paw-dicure (nails trimmed and filed)
- Sanitary/hygiene areas trimmed
Puppy Groom
Giving your puppy the experience of grooming early on in their life helps them to become accustomed to the grooming process which is an essential for their well-being over their lifetime.
This service is available for fully vaccinated puppies from 3-6 months of age. This service requires additional time to prevent your puppy from becoming overwhelmed. This appointment will support your puppy to become familiar with the grooming salon and the process of grooming, as well as lots of puppy cuddles from Paula.
- A Puppy Groom includes:
- Initial health check
- Spa bath with shampoo and condition
- Fluff dry
- Brush and comb out
- Ear cleanse
- Nails clipped and trimmed
Paw-dicure
- Nail trims are advised every 2-6 weeks to prevent overgrown and painful nails
- Paw-dicure includes: nail trim and file, and clearing hair from around paw pads
